Tele Marketing Supervisor - Loan & Credit Card
Krungsri Consumer- Assist in recruiting, training, coaching, and distributing sales lead according to telesales strategy.
- Supporting telesales activities to achieve OP target of all entities.
- To supervise telesales agents to achieve their performance.
- To monitor and coach telesales agents to improve their skills.
- To supervise telesales agents to comply with process, procedure, and policy.
- To supervise telesales agents to comply with Bank of Thailand – Market Conduct (BMC)
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Experience in selling or service in consumer banking for at least 3 years with a good record.
- Having experience in managing Telesales team is preferable.
- Understanding consumer banking products and team management
- People management skills with motivation for the sales team to achieve the target
