HR & Admin Executive (Chinese Speaking)
Mind Edge Recruitment Co., Ltd.- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relation, Training & Development and other HR related matters;
- Updating the HR/ Employee database management, maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests;
- Recruitment / Staffing, schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed;
- Co-coordinating and helping the accounts team in managing administrative and Petty cash expenses;
- Employee Attendance, OT calculation, leave management and records;
- Come out with monthly salary reports and yearly reports;
- Develop training and onboarding material;
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll as per timeline
- Ensure all controls and compliances are in place and in line with corporate guidelines while adhering to all local country regulations. Proactively establishes policies and procedures to Add value to the current system / process.
- Support Managers and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, compensation and benefit programs, disciplinary actions and laws to ensure consistent and fair treatment of all employees.
- Manage and lead all expatriates and employees’ engagement & welfare matters, including disciplinary issues, health & wellness programs, administrative matters, etc.
- Facilitate timely management decision making at Managerial levels by providing necessary and comprehensive HR information and discussing the appropriate decision.
- Ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, methodologies and guidelines
- Attend to employees’ queries pertaining to HR Policies and Procedures
- All Admin related Activities;
- Performing Office Maintenance and Admin related duties;
- Supporting Project Management Team in filing of projects and recording and file maintenance;
- Liaise with government agency for social security (SOCSO) and other related government authority;
- Male or Female age more than 32 years old.
- BBA/BBM/ MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role;
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS);
- Good verbal and written communication skills (Good Chinese is a must.)
- Experience using spreadsheets;
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation & Thailand Labor Law
- Experience Required = 1- 2 years;
