- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management.

Performance Management
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Coordinate and facilitate performance appraisal processes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance issues and development plans.
Benefits Administration
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Respond to employee questions regarding benefits and assist with claims and enrollment processes.
- Liaise with benefits providers and ensure compliance with regulations.
Compliance and Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Facilitate or arrange for training sessions and workshops.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
HR Reporting and Analytics
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Support HR projects and initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
