Accounting Manager
INTERLINK TELECOM PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED- Perform month-end closing, ensures accuracy and timely preparation of financial statements under TFRS. Record + Review journal entries and account analysis for all balance sheet accounts, P&L including Balance sheet account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, sales reconciliation and revenue recognition.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly financial reports and variance analysis reports - A few entities.
- Prepare reports for quarterly and yearly consolidation as per requirements, cash flow and other reports.
- Coordinate with Revenue Department for tax refund, post audit, new announcement, notification, question, special requirement, etc.
- Deal with external auditor for performing statutory reports.
- Provide appropriate consultation for other functions that relate to local finance's rules and regulations and company policy & procedure.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and statements within 10 working days of next month.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Other ad-hoc/assignments.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting.
- At least 5-8 years experiences, able to supervise accountant.
- SAP/ERP experience is preferred.
- Good MS Office computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good experience in working with auditors.
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure.
- Analytical skills with good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, service orientated with a positive attitude.
