1.Coordinate with QA Engineers when a claim or complaint arises in areas related to IQC.
2.Attend meetings with QA when notified of issues from customer claims, analyze the problems and causes, and immediately devise solutions.
3.Track internal and external issues, find solutions, and prevent recurrence.
4.Review and update Q-Point Q-check Sheets.
5.Monitor unresolved issues and solutions for 8D Internal / 8D External.
6.Report work-related problems to supervisors immediately upon discovery.
7.Summarize 8D Reports weekly and monthly, and report to supervisors.
8.Oversee measurement tools and ensure data recording complies with requirements.
9.Perform tasks assigned by supervisors.
