Service Engineer, Supervisor

- Take care of quality issues and warranty of ISUZU distributors (Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, and Kenya)
- Summarize and gather the Top 10 warranty claims and costs from each distributor.
- Go to distributor and customer for claim problem analysis and hearing.
- Issue claims investigate phenomena and collect defective parts at the dealer.
- Set a meeting for the distributor for discussion about a problem and find countermeasures
- Make quality reports about phenomena, investigations, countermeasures, and conclusions for each distributor.
- Support the designer and engineering team to improve, develop, and solve quality issues in the market.
- Issue service bulletin for the dealer.
- Make a campaign for each country when high priority problem occurs in the market.
Service Engineer (Supervisor Position)
- Age preferably 29-35 years
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering or other relevant field.
- Engineering skills for field quality issues.
- Proven experience in automotive service or a similar role.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of automotive systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Communicates well in English. Japanese is preferable
- Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
