• Have experience at least 3 years about HRM in any manufacturing industry
• Must have experience in engagement, performance management system (PMS)
• Have experience about HR strategies development, Employee Union Management, Manpower planning and legal compliance
• Conversation high to business level of English *must coordinate with HQ, company partner and other oversea branch
• Have TOEIC score 650 or higher is preferable.
