• Perform duties of order processing coordination with various internal and external parties to ensure all E-Commerce orders are fulfilled efficiently, accurately and in timely manner.
• Generate insights of the Fulfillment operations based on data analysis. KPIs include, inbound performance, Lead time, stock rotation analysis, damages and losses, seller returns.
• Generate ad hoc or recurrent reports using MySQL/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Supervise and coordinate with fulfillment packing staff to deliver the good performance with reasonable cost for day to day transaction activities.
• Liaise with relevant internal parties to manage all issues related to order fulfillment.
• Work with warehouse and CS to monitor inventory level and ensure that inventory in e- commerce channel is healthy.
• Provide overflow assistance in case huge volume of orders/promotion period.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing any related results or additional tasks as needed in order fulfillment.
• Monitor and understand measurement of KPI’s for lead time packing, shipping time, back orders to track progress towards operation goals for e-commerce fulfillment and work on initiatives to improve KPI’s.
• Oversee and process all claim, cancelled, return and exchanges orders.
• Collecting order information, update shipping status on each channel (website & marketplace) and analyzed to report to Ecommerce Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Processing daily orders by creating pick tickets, filling orders and shipping.
• Ensuring orders are being filled and shipped timely and accurately.
• Responsible for forecast, order, production and material planning. Set the right targets and expectations to fulfillment team to ensure each customer ‘requirements could be satisfied with the most economical way. Set-up& monitor KPI for fulfillment team
• Lead and co-work with IT team to optimize and improve fulfillment team’s tool/system.
