- Be part of the growth and evolution of the company culture through employee engagement and feedback
- Establish a top-down and bottom-up approach to engaging employees through dynamic circumstances
- Responsible for employee engagement survey and the action plan monitoring for the company
- Execute an annual calendar that includes employee engagement events, communications, and campaigns
- Responsible for internal campaigns, employee messaging, and updates
- Responsible for internal communication systems (internal Newsletter) to deliver the message
- Bachelor or Master degree
- At least 1- 5 years work experience as Engagement,Core Value,Internal Communication in medium to large organization.
- Knowledge of modern HR .
- Have a maturity with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven examples to work independently, plan, organize, and prioritize.
- Able to travel to work in up-country from time to time.
- Good command in English both written and spoken
