Customer Service Seafreight
Topocean (Thailand) Ltd.- Manage, Operate and Customer services for Freight Forwarding job as per assignment by Manager.
- Operations escalation focal- day to day operations for Air & Sea shipment both import and export.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives.
- Manage and maintain relationship with local suppliers both local and overseas.
- Responsible for Freight procurement process to get competitive rate and cost efficiency.
- Communicate with carriers for booking and vessel arrangement.
- Manage profit and loss individual job files and comment.
- Communicate with oversea agents.
- Communicate with warehouse people for cargoes receipt and loading.
- Corresponding with customers and vendors worldwide.
- Maintaining good customer relationships and helping to solve any problems.
- Managing and implementing department goals and quality guidelines.
- Communicate with Sales team for buying and selling rate ,updated quotation and customer requirement.
1. Male/Female , age between 22-35 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
3. Good command of spoken and written English.
4.Good command of spoken and written Chinese will be given special consideration.
5.Computer literacy, Microsoft Office and e-mail communication.
6.Good and pleasant personality.
7. Good Human Relationship.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
9. Able to work independently and under pressure.
10. Being service-minded oriented and self-motivated.
11. 1-3 years up experience in Shipping Line, Freight Forwarder and/or logistics will be advantage.
