Project Sales Executive (Conwood)
Siam City Cement Public Company Limited (SCCC)1. Sales Performance and Project Management:
- Track total revenue from sales to real estate developers.
- Monitor acquisition of new developer accounts.
- Measure total value of projects in sales pipeline and evaluate increase in market share.
2. Demand Generation:
- Develop innovative strategies to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and events to generate demand.
- Utilize project databases to target new projects, with support from channel partners.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, architects, etc.
4. Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Conduct demonstrations and presentations to real estate developers.
- Communicate Conwood's value propositions and differentiation effectively.
- Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration, Marketing Economic or related fields.
- Minimum 2 year’s experiences in marketing and sales of construction building material market, preferably in an outstanding local company.
- Excellence communication skill in Thai and English.
