- Develop and implement employee relations strategies and programs that foster positive relationships and a productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying updated with changes and advising management on employee relations matters.
- Monitor and drive ER strategies to achieve successful completion on time, budget and quality.
- Initiate Employee Relations and Employees Activity Plan to promote harmony among employees,
across the functions & increase employee engagement.
- Collaborate with management to address performance-related issues and develop appropriate corrective action plans.
- Lead an on-time and in full execution of the employee engagement as per the master plan
- Implement and execute internal communications as per the master plan set and lead new
initiatives or approaches to cover the targeted audiences as per the objectives set.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to the team and company to create and maintain positive
relationships among staff to staff, staff to management, and staff to the company each Mental
Health Program, Suggestion and Share idea online, Feedback Program, Wellness Activities.
- Create, plan, and implement engagement initiatives by determining requirements and setting priorities in accordance with employee experienced.
- Gather information, evaluate it, and use it to generate insights that guide certain areas of the employee engagement programs.
- Manage internal communications to support the culture and well-being of the organization in addition to overseeing employee relations.
