Administrative Officer
SPIRAX SARCO (THAILAND) LIMITEDWe are looking for a reliable Administrative Officer. This person will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
- Setting the new safety kit and tool for new joiner and company employee follow company standard.
- Admin for Academy - Cornerstone (Register/Terminate, Check, update new feature of assignment from Group Global and Report running)
- Providing general support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Track the stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Procurement of work related to repair and maintenance of buildings, including damaged assets to be ready for use and safe.
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing posts.
- Manage the office housekeeper and security guard to maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable working environment.
- Control, supervise to improvement and maintenance of buildings, tools, appliances Keep the office appropriate and functional and safe.
- Control and maintain the company's vehicles to be ready for use and safe. including car tax and insurance renewal.
- Prepare leave reports for all types of employees. Provide employee health insurance, including annual health checks.
- Assists in planning and arranging events such as CSR, Team building, New year party, training including organizing catering.
- Find out, contact, and coordinate with vendor as per require on special projects and including booking accommodation/flight for company guests or Employee's business trip.
- Contact government jobs including requesting various documents online or any organizations, companies, shops as assigned.
- Supervise and control the company's credit card, fuel card, expressway card.
- Coordination of office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence, prepare training record for all employees.
- Comply with the Company's rules and regulations and the Company's policies including ISO 9001, 14001 standards.
- Admin page for Facebook, Line and other social application to promote company activities.
- Whenever necessary, assist colleagues.

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or another relevant field.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in administrative support, marketing and communications, public relations, or creating brand image.
- Is creative with a good personality, perseverance, and the ability to think in their feet.
- Enjoys learning new things in the field of digital, online marketing technology, design thinking.
- Communicates well in English.
- Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, design uniform, easy video editing.

- Having own car or can travel to office at Krungthep Kreeta (Srinakarin - Romklao Road)
