Service Center Manager
TOS Thailand- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor service technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.
- Workshop Management: Oversee daily operations, resource allocation, workflow management, and scheduling for timely project completion.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, provide regular updates, and address concerns.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the offshore energy industry.
- Strong technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Certifications in project management, quality management, or relevant technical fields are advantageous.
