Job Description and duties
Administration
• Arranging office admin facilities HQ and Branch
• Purchasing of office supplies, stationeries and consumer goods.
• Coordination with Juristic building of office’s management, damage and Fixing and maintenance.
• Verify billing invoice of office facilities, water, and parking area.
• Arranging office fleet cards and keeping monitoring for usage and payment.
• Monitoring company’s insurance and Broker ‘s license renewal of requirement person
• Standby of operations for policy entry and receptions area.
• Monitoring company car, Tax road , CMI and insurance
• Updating company ‘s document or/and requirement from time to time
• Assisting in communication office’s health and safety
• Supervise outsourcing maid on the office’s cleaning etc.
• Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective and HR related documents
• Taking care and monitor messenger's, housekeeping and Administration's HR activities
HRM
• Checking time attendance and generate diligent report for monthly payroll
• Proving Time Attendance Report for payroll, Overtime calculation for all driver
• Supportive Recruitment process.
• Filling yearly tax for all driver and messenger
• Be administrator of HR online system ie. Leave . work outside and employee record
• Creating HRIS for Human resources matter i.e Survey form and testing form.
• Keep monitoring for employee student loan
• Other tasks as per assignment
• Male age 27-33 years old.
• Bachelor Degree in any related field with directly experience in Administration and HR fields scope at least 2-4 years
• Have Service Mind
• Good command in spoken and written English
• Good computer proficiency
