Restaurant Reservation (Hei Yin Restaurant)
IMPACT Exhibition Management Co.,Ltd.Accountabilities:
1. Direct and control Restaurant Reservations to ensure that all day-to-day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.
2. Provide guidance and assistance to the Restaurant Reservation and outlet employees helping them in the execution of their duties and responsibilities.
3. Oversee the service standards in the outlet ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and
meet or exceed customer expectations.
4. Liaises with sales marketing, account, kitchen, stewarding, bars, housekeeping, and engineering to
ensure that the operation runs smoothly in areas of joint responsibility.
5. Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities as directed.
6. Highly visible in the restaurant and handling complaints.
7. Maximize revenue by implementing up-selling procedures at the point of contact with guests.
8. Conduct frequent checks ensuring standards of cleanliness and hygiene, repair and maintenance,
employee grooming and manning levels are in order and take appropriate action where necessary.
9. Assist in the selection, training, and evaluation of Restaurant Reservations.
10. Solves all problems occurring in the area of responsibilities.
11. Prepares daily briefing of all staff on duty on menu knowledge, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages,
food promotions internal news, etc.
12. Take care of all guests paying special attention to VIP guests in passing on information to subordinates.
13. Make sure the team completes log book reports, all guests’ comments, complaints, and daily incidents
which happened in the restaurant are written down in the log book and forwarded to the Senior Beverage & Restaurant Manager.
14. Make sure that all subordinates know about each month’s target sales and work together to achieve
the set target.
15. Ensures the team prepares booking reports for all concerned departments to discuss in the morning briefing.
16. Be able to train other concerned departments in the Table Management reservation system.
17. Be able to support services for any special event.
18. Be able to lead guests for inspection if required.
- Experience 3 years in the position of Restaurant Reservation or relevant.
- Good Thai and English language skills
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good administrative ability
- Computer literate
- Able to handle demanding workload
- Pleasant and helpful personality
- Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations in the same standard of hotel and restaurant.
