Sales Strategy and Planning
• Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives to drive revenue growth across all sectors.
• Develop and recommend product development strategies that respond to market changes and align with company goals.
• Prepare and manage annual sales forecasts and budgets to meet growth objectives.
Team Leadership and Development
• Provide visionary leadership and direction to regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Set clear and measurable performance targets for the Sales & Marketing Department and individual team members, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Lead by example to inspire and motivate the sales team, encouraging continuous improvement and professional development.
• Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and advance their careers within the company.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment, ensuring unity and strong team dynamics within the Sales & Marketing Department.
• Identify and develop future leaders within the sales team, ensuring succession planning and long-term talent retention.
Customer Management
• Maintain and nurture strategic relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Review and oversee customer activities to guarantee high levels of satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Directly engage in negotiations with key customers, making critical decisions to secure business and enhance market position.
Sales Operations and Reporting
• Oversee the accurate sales forecasting process, using data-driven insights to inform internal planning and control.
• Manage the implementation and integration of the SYMIX system within the Sales & Marketing Department, ensuring collaboration with the MIS department to optimize sales functions.
• Monitor and control sales costs to ensure profit contributions align with the company's growth objectives.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management, providing actionable insights for business growth.
Additional Responsibilities
• Identify key market segments and applications where the company can add value with its products and technologies, allocating resources effectively to these focus areas.
• Ensure the smooth execution of daily sales office operations in collaboration with the Sales Admin staff.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by conducting regular business reviews, tracking KPI achievements, and providing constructive feedback to the sales team.
