- Develop, implement, and continuously improve paint processes to ensure high product quality and efficiency.
- Monitor and control process parameters (temperature, humidity, etc.) to achieve consistent paint quality.
- Identify and troubleshoot process issues to minimize downtime and defects.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure proper functioning of paint booths, ovens, and associated equipment.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new painting equipment and upgrades.
- Ensure that the painting process meets the company’s quality standards and customer specifications.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering or related field).
- 1-3 years of experience in the painting process.
- Strong skills in machine improvement and problem-solving.
- Able to work night shifts.
