Safety Administrative Officer
PTT Retail Management Company Limited.- Ensure adherence to high company standards for Quality, Safety, Security, Health and Environmental awareness, business ethics, and valuing all people.
- Advise and assist operations to meet internal QSHE goals and achieve compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
- Maintain the various Quality Safety, Health, & Environment (SHE) documentation such as meeting minutes, safety certificates, inspection reports, accident records, concern and near-miss reports, and stock inventories.
- Ensure all administration databases and tracking tools are up-to-date and correct.
- Act as the first point of contact for queries in the department.
- Coordinate and conduct training for employees, suppliers and contractors.
- Work with teams across the business to assess risk activities and identify improvements.
- Involve with the development of QSHE processes and procedures.
- Communicate QHSE information to internal or external stakeholders as required.
- Others as assigned.
Basic Purpose/Accountabilities:
- To provide assurance that quality, health and safety and environmental requirements are met.
- To provide administrative support to coordinate the QSHE team’s activities in order to achieve company and PTT
- Corporate QSHE standard.
- Degree in any field.
- Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
- Proficient user of all Microsoft Office products including Excel, word, Visio, MS Project and Powerpoint.
