Tasks and responsibilities
1. Check and confirm a receive bank transaction to ensure the correctness with customer’s transferring evidence.
2. Daily record receive transaction clearing by invoices in to system with accurately and on timely basic.
3. Prepare receipt and send out to customer on time.
4. Verify budget and actual of dealer’s expense to ensure with contract, policy.
5. Verify Tax invoice of customer to ensure comply with taxes local regulations.
6. Record actual of customer expense invoice to offset with AR invoice.
7. Monitor and follow overdue AR with Sales team to clear on timely basic.
8. AR balance reconciliation, confirmation Letter.
9. Prepare withholding tax and billing to customer.
