BASIC FUNCTIONS REQUIRED:
Duties include, but are not limited to, managing the utilities for all residential and commercial U.S. Government (USG) real estate leased or owned by Embassy Bangkok to include reviewing bills from landlords and/or utility companies for accuracy, apportioning costs quickly and correctly to the appropriate agencies, and presenting the prepared requests for payment to the GSO and finance. Serve as an alternate Contract Officer’s Representative (COR) for the water delivery and cleaning contracts. Assist the clerk team in managing and maintaining keys for all Mission residences, managing housing applications and records, assist as needed with commissioning, make ready processes, and maintenance. The incumbent should demonstrate excellent judgment and will coordinate activities between General Services Office (GSO) Housing, Facilities Maintenance, Property and Supply, and various building managers and landlords to ensure housing for new arrivals is properly commissioned and made ready to meet Embassy safety and security standards. Incumbent assists to provide quality control on all aspects make ready services for residential units to ensure a warm and inviting welcome for new arrivals to post. The incumbent must ensure that sensitive issues are handled according to regulations and guidance. The incumbent will also serve as a back-up for other administrative duties, such as time and attendance for as well as ordering and maintenance of expendable supplies Housing section. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education: A high school diploma or local equivalent is required.

(2) Experience: A minimum two years of experience in real estate, customer service, logistics, operations, and/or planning.
(3) Language: (This may be tested)
• Fluent (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of Thai is required.
• Good Working knowledge(Reading/Writing/Speaking) of English is required. You can submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 600, or pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Human Resources Office.
(4) Skills:
• Must possess basic computer skills, including familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must understand Thai customs and be able to deal effectively and professionally with individuals of all rank and social standings.
(5) Knowledge:
Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Current real estate and housing market in Bangkok, Customer Service, Logistics, operations, and/or planning.
